Broadridge is hiring the VP, Head of Order Management System to join the Technology Global Engineering team supporting Trading Trading Solutions. This is a global executive leadership role responsible for the Trading OMS function

Position Summary

The Vice President, Head of OMS is an executive technology leader responsible for the strategy, financial performance, and operational success of the global Trading OMS organization. This role leads the modernization, delivery, and ongoing evolution of business-critical applications, platforms, infrastructure, and software solutions to support client needs and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Trading OMS technology strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning investments and priorities with business, client, and market needs.
• Lead the development, modernization, and delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable OMS applications, platforms, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Drive Agile engineering practices, software quality, testing, implementation, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Own functional financial performance, including budgets, resource allocation, vendor management, delivery outcomes, and operational risk.
• Establish governance, performance metrics, and accountability for technology delivery, service quality, resilience, and modernization initiatives.
• Lead and develop senior engineering and functional leaders, building a high-performing, collaborative, and client-focused organization.
• Partner with executives, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders to communicate strategy, investment priorities, delivery progress, and business impact
• Monitor industry, regulatory, and market developments that may affect Trading OMS strategy and operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in fintech, sell-side trading, electronic markets, or regulated financial services.
• 10+ years leading engineering teams and senior leaders, including responsibility for budgets, organizational development, vendors, and enterprise delivery commitments.
• Proven success leading large-scale, business-critical platforms, technology modernization programs, and AI-enabled engineering practices.
• Deep knowledge of software development, application architecture, infrastructure, operational delivery, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional partners.

Scope

• Global executive leadership role responsible for the Trading OMS function.
• Operates in a transactional sales-cycle environment.
• influences short- to mid-term strategy and business performance.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between Base $400K to 425K

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
