Quantity Surveyor

## What you’ll do:

As a Quantity Surveyor within the Engineering Services team, you will support business growth by delivering accurate material take-offs, cost estimates, and technical project documentation for MEPF support systems. This role works closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to develop cost-effective solutions and ensure timely project execution throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare accurate bills of materials (BOMs), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for cable tray, bolted framing, seismic bracing, and related support systems.
• Support project execution by coordinating technical and commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project deliverables including quotations, scope documents, drawing layouts, submittals, release schedules, and post-order documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate project support.
• Partner with customers and sales representatives to develop cost-effective solutions that meet project requirements and specifications.
• Review project requirements, identify technical or commercial risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical assistance, product support, and project status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and support field-related issue resolution when required.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

## Qualifications:

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, cost engineering, or material take-offs related to electrical, mechanical, or MEPF products.
• Knowledge of MEPF systems, support structures, cable management systems, or non-structural support applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam or equivalent technical software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet project deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
