Job Overview
The Assistant Manager – Business Development will drive business growth for the laboratory network through new partnerships, corporate relationships, marketing initiatives, and service expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Drive sales and support achievement of business targets.
- Develop corporate partnerships, healthcare packages, and outreach programs.
- Build relationships with doctors, corporate clients, insurers, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Coordinate CMEs, health camps, exhibitions, and corporate wellness programs.
- Support the launch and expansion of healthcare services.
- Work with marketing and digital teams on lead generation activities.
- Monitor business development performance and KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Healthcare or hospital industry experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and event coordination abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
