Senior Delivery Lead Manager – Modern Core Banking (She/ He/ They)

The Role

As a Senior Delivery Lead Manager at Capco, you will take a leading role in the successful delivery of complex modern core banking transformation programs for our financial services clients.

You will combine deep delivery expertise with a strong understanding of modern core banking platforms and transformation. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and Capco colleagues to establish effective delivery structures, manage dependencies and risks, and drive programs from mobilization through implementation.

You will bring the credibility to operate effectively with senior stakeholders while remaining close enough to delivery to identify challenges, unblock teams and maintain momentum across complex transformation environments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale modern core banking implementation and transformation programs, from mobilization and planning through implementation and transition.
• Establish effective program governance, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and controls, providing clear visibility of progress, risks and key decisions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, architecture, data, testing, migration, operations and third-party vendors to maintain alignment throughout delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing clear communication, constructive challenges and practical recommendations to resolve complex delivery issues.
• Support the continued growth of Capco’s core banking capability by extending the existing team and contributing delivery expertise, lessons learned and reusable approaches across client engagements.

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience leading complex technology transformation programs within banking or financial services, with direct experience of modern core banking implementation.
• Strong understanding of core banking transformation, including the delivery considerations associated with platform implementation, integration, data migration, testing and transition.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and coordinate multiple workstreams, dependencies, vendors and stakeholders within complex transformation environments.
• Strong program leadership, governance, risk management and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience communicating effectively with senior client stakeholders.
• A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, support effective decision-making and maintain delivery momentum.
• Experience working with major core banking technology providers, implementation partners or platform ecosystems.
• Knowledge of banking architecture, APIs, integration patterns, data migration and technology modernization.
• Experience delivering modern or cloud-based core banking platforms within complex banking environments.

Bonus Points For

• Consulting experience supporting Tier 1 banks or other large financial institutions through complex transformation.
• Experience contributing to propositions, client opportunities or the development of delivery capabilities within a consulting environment.
