As a Senior Specialist Reliability and Qualification (f/m/div) in our Quality and Excellence team, you will investigate the root causes of failures, drive fundamental improvements, and implement forward-looking solutions to ensure that our products exceed even the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Are you in?  Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Evaluate and qualify product reliability , with a focus on wide-bandgap semiconductor devices Characterize dielectric materials using various electrical measurement techniques Develop failure models through stress testing and simulation Enhance and optimize existing measurement programs Apply a strong understanding of statistics and Python programming Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  University degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering , or a comparable field 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in the semiconductor industry Ideally, initial experience in semiconductor development and manufacturing , particularly related to wide-bandgap technologies Experience in data analysis and Python programming Excellent communication and teamwork skills , with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams Ability to communicate fluently in both German and English #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
