Responsible for supporting the worldwide medical and scientific unsolicited customer inquiry management (“Medical Information”) within the Global Medical Affairs / Medical Excellence Operations organization based out of GCC India. The role ensures high-quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery, supports process consistency and operational governance, and partners with Global Medical Affairs and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational delivery and continuous improvement across Medical Information services.
Major Accountabilities
Support delivery of Medical Information services, including content creation, documentation, and inquiry-related workflows within defined processes.
Perform literature searches and support drafting / maintenance of Medical Information resources and related outputs.
Upload, document, and manage content and records in the Medical Information System, as applicable.
Support mailbox monitoring, reporting support, and other defined operational activities within scope.
Contribute to accurate and timely execution of Medical Information workflows and related documentation.
Support process standardization, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the service model.
Support the transition and stabilization of services into GCC and contribute to operational maturity.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Medical Information deliverables and related operational activities are completed effectively and in line with defined quality and service expectations.
Content, documentation, and system-based records are maintained accurately and within agreed timelines.
Team delivery remains consistent, well documented, and supported by appropriate process discipline.
Identified issues / gaps are addressed in a timely manner, with appropriate follow-up and continuous improvement action
Education: Advanced degree or equivalent qualification in life science, healthcare, pharmacy, medicine, or related field preferred.
Experience: 5-8+ years experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry, ideally with experience in Medical Information, medical / scientific writing, and related support models.
Good understanding of Medical Information processes, customer inquiry management, content creation, and scientifically / medically relevant support workflows. Experience working in a cross-functional, and global environment. Demonstrated strength in scientific writing, process execution, documentation discipline, and quality-oriented delivery.Resilient and agile, with strong prioritization skills and a passion for simplification.
