Experience: 8+ years of copywriting experience in an advertising, digital, or integrated creative agency.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Copywriter who can transform ideas into compelling narratives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should be able to craft impactful copy that brings creative concepts to life while maintaining a consistent brand voice. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, storytelling skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with Art Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling copy for integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, film, and other communication channels.

• Write scripts, storyboards, campaign narratives, headlines, long-form copy, and presentation content.

• Translate creative briefs into engaging, audience-centric communication while maintaining the brand's tone of voice.

• Collaborate with Art Directors and Creative Directors to develop innovative campaign ideas and executions.

• Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.

• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, messaging, and positioning across all creative outputs.

• Contribute to new business pitches and brainstorming sessions with fresh, strategic ideas.

• Leverage emerging technologies and creative tools to enhance storytelling and campaign effectiveness.

• Maintain high standards of creative quality by actively participating in reviews, feedback sessions, and collaboration.

• Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging continuous learning and creative excellence.

• Proactively identify opportunities to create impactful work that addresses client business objectives.
   

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of copywriting experience in an advertising, digital, or integrated creative agency.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking, storytelling, and integrated campaign execution across digital, print, social, and film.

• Proven experience collaborating with Art Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, brand-led creative solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas to clients.

• Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring creative teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
