Role Summary
As a Creative Designer for Japan Marketing, you will play a key role in helping Klook grow its brand and business in Japan. Rather than simply executing design requests, you will work as a strategic creative partner to the marketing team—turning ideas into impactful campaigns that inspire travelers and deliver measurable business results.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about exploring AI, new technologies, and modern creative workflows to continuously improve the speed, quality, and impact of creative production.
What You’ll Do:
Develop creative concepts and assets that drive local branding, user acquisition, and business growth.
Design and produce a wide range of online and offline marketing materials, including:
Key visuals, campaign pages, logos, banners, digital ads, and eDMs
Video and short-form content
Event materials such as flyers, POP displays, and other on-site assets
Print production, quality control, and delivery
Image selection, retouching, and asset management
Localize creative assets developed by global teams for the Japanese market.
Leverage AI and modern creative tools to deliver better creative work faster and more efficiently.
Collaborate closely with local marketing stakeholders and global teams while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Preferred Experience and Skills
3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or an in-house marketing or brand team.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
Knowledge of print production (DTP) is highly desirable.
Native or business-level Japanese communication skills.
English is a big plus. Comfortable corresponding with global stakeholders via email/chat.
