In this position, you will provide technical support for LV business in Polish market delivering superior, professional service, remotely or on-site. Reporting to the Service Operations Team Leader, your hands-on experience and knowledge of customer needs will help you not only to build strong customer relationships, but also to actively identify and develop new business opportunities.

 

Your responsibilities

 

• Performing medium to high complex Service tasks like installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades and retrofits, repair independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation. Creating and maintaining a good relationship with customers and understands their needs. Identifying new sales opportunities and takes influence in convincing the client for the complete service portfolio.
• Proactively identifying potential equipment failures and proactive corrective actions. Troubleshooting complex equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
• Proactively identifying suggestions for product quality and customer service improvement and discusses them with management for changes.
• While on-site, work with the customer to identify opportunities for improving the customers operations and eliminating pain points.
• Actively ensuring that HSE practices are of high standard. Working to eliminate unsafe practices and incidents.
• Consistently applying functional processes considering links to other teams.
• Coaches associate technicians and associate engineers.

Your background

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the operation, production and maintenance of LV switchgears, modules and other LV equipment
• Knowledge of the MNS, SEN+, SEV switchgears will be an additional advantage 
• Knowledge of the MV Switchgears will be an advantage
• Experience in Maintenance / Testing & commissioning / FAT / SAT
• Team player with pronounced communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
• High flexibility and willingness to work independently
• English, is beneficial
• Knowledge of the MNS, SEN+, SEV switchgears will be an additional advantage
