The Opportunity for You
We are looking for a recognised technology leader to help grow our Technology Strategy & Transformation practice in Ireland. This role is suited to candidates who bring a strong consulting foundation and experience across several areas of technology strategy, architecture, AI enablement, digital foundations, technology effectiveness, and transformation delivery.
We do not expect every candidate to be an expert in every area; we value thoughtful generalists who can connect business priorities, technology choices, delivery realities, and measurable value outcomes while continuing to be curious about learning.
In this role, you will help clients define, shape and deliver technology products, platforms, operating models and transformation programmes that unlock business value, improve agility and accelerate outcomes. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, business and industry specialists, engineering teams, architects, designers, analysts, partner vendors and delivery teams to create practical, high-quality outcomes.
What you will help clients do:
- Help clients define how technology functions can create business value through effective operating models, product and platform structures, governance, organisation design and ways of working.
- Shape transformation strategies, business cases, roadmaps, target states, frameworks and recommendations that are pragmatic, actionable and linked to measurable value.
- Assess current-state maturity across areas such as architecture, agile delivery, modern engineering, operating models, governance, AI readiness and technology ways of working.
- Advise clients on how AI and emerging technologies may change IT operating models, workforce capability, governance and client value.
- Guide practical adoption of AI in the software development lifecycle, helping teams reduce delivery cost, improve engineering effectiveness and accelerate time to value.
- Provide oversight and governance across complex transformation programmes, ensuring delivery quality, commercial performance, risk management and achievement of business outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and governance forums in a clear, inclusive and structured way.
What you will do
- Advise CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and executive leadership teams on technology strategy, AI adoption, operating model transformation and digital reinvention.
- Provide executive leadership across complex client portfolios and strategic transformation programmes, ensuring alignment of business outcomes, delivery execution and commercial performance
- Help clients build AI-ready digital foundations across data, cloud, infrastructure, platforms, enterprise architecture, and modern delivery practices.
- Assess technology estates, operating models, delivery capabilities, resilience, cost, and value to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support complex transformation programmes by helping teams establish governance, manage risk, track value, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Collaborate across business, technology, data, engineering, infrastructure, managed services, and ecosystem partners to create joined-up solutions.
- Build and develop high-performing consulting teams through coaching, mentoring and career development.
- Establish and share leading practices, methodologies and reusable assets across the TS&T practice
- Practice Growth and Business Development

- Support and lead responses to RFPs, proposals and client presentations.
- Contribute to TS&T thought leadership, market propositions and industry eminence activities across Ireland and wider Accenture networks.
