Main Responsibilities |
Recruitment & Onboarding Management
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Develop, update, and maintain accurate Job profiles for all positions.
Hiring Documentation & Records Compliance
- Prepare and maintain hiring documents and personnel records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Benefits & Insurance Administration
- Administer and assist employees with enrollment in medical insurance plans and other benefits programs.
HR Support & Employee Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Cross-Functional HR Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
HR Data Accuracy & System Integrity
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems and databases.
| Ideal Profile | ||
Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience 2-4 Proven experience in HR administration, operations, or a similar role. Linguistic Skills English - Arabic Computer Skills Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications. Skills Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. | ||
