The Engineer, Cloud Hosting is responsible for supporting and improving cloud and infrastructure environments to ensure reliability, performance, and operational efficiency. This role contributes to the delivery of stable and scalable infrastructure services while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Cloud and Infrastructure and is part of the IT organization located in Concord, Ontario and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Support daily operations of Windows and Linux server environments across cloud and on-premise platforms.
Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and partner with internal teams or vendors to resolve incidents on-premises.
Contribute to automation and configuration management efforts to improve operational efficiency.
Execute system maintenance activities including patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
Collaborate with compliance, security, and application teams to support enterprise initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
The essential requirements of the job include
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Multiple years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration roles
Experience managing Windows and Linux server environments in an enterprise setting
Certification with Azure or analogous cloud technology
Strong fundamental knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g. PowerShell, Python, and YAML)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in
Scripting or automation using tools such as PowerApps, LogicApps, or Ansible
Supporting infrastructure in environments with defined security and compliance requirements (e.g. SOX)
Exposure to cloud cost management or optimization practices

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $81,000-$111,500 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
