We are seeking a marketing technology specialist to support the PAMB Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) within the Marketing Technology team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in owning the end-to-end execution of marketing campaign on Prudential marketing tool - from requirement gathering and eDM development through to journey build, test, deployment and performance reporting.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and the boarder Marketing team to ensure effective, well-governed customer communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns on Salesforce marketing cloud, including eDM build, CloudPages, APIs and minimal coding using AMPscript.

• Design, develop and configure the most suitable journey and automations based on each campaign use case, including complex multi-branch journeys, decision splits and send-time optimization.

• Review campaign briefs from requestors, assess technical feasibility and advise on design limitations across email client (Gmail, Outlook, mobile) to ensure deliverability meets brand-guidelines and regulatory/compliance requirement.

• Build and maintain reusable eDM templates and content components to improve turnaround and consistency across campaigns.

• Support data extension and personalization requirement, validating data flows between Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, then conduct end-to-end testing across devices and email client to validate journey flow before production deployment

• Participate in and contribute to MarTech projects and initiatives across platform enhancements, system integration.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

Experience and Qualification

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/marketing technology or related campaign-execution role.

• Proven hands-on expertise across Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Cloudpages) and familiarity with Data Cloud / Data Extensions.

• Exposure to Financial Services or insurance is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, marketing, business or related fields.

• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders collaboratively.
