Position Summary
Yusen Logistics (Americas) Inc. is seeking a hands-on Integrated Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing programs that support business growth across our three U.S. business areas: Contract Logistics, Supply Chain Solutions and International Freight Forwarding.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Sales and business leaders, this role will turn business priorities into targeted, multi-channel campaigns across direct email, digital marketing, events, LinkedIn and our website. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple industries and services, helping connect Yusen Logistics' capabilities with the needs of customers and prospects.
We are looking for an experienced B2B marketer who is creative, organized and results-focused and enjoys taking programs from ideas through execution and measurement.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Contract Logistics, Supply Chain Solutions and International Freight Forwarding.
- Manage direct email marketing, including campaign planning, scheduling, development, deployment and performance reporting.
- Work with CRM Administration and Sales Operations to define target audiences and obtain customer and prospect lists for marketing campaigns.
- Develop targeted campaigns by industry, service, customer segment, geography, trade lane and business need.
- Manage the U.S. marketing calendar across campaigns, email, digital marketing and events.
- Lead marketing activities for industry events, including pre-event promotion, customer invitations, Sales coordination and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate website, LinkedIn, digital advertising, webinars and other channels as part of integrated campaigns.
- Partner with the Content & Creative Marketing Manager to develop campaign messaging, content and creative materials.
- Track campaign performance and use results to improve customer engagement and future marketing programs.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring marketing activities follow Yusen Logistics brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong direct email and digital marketing experience.
- Experience working with CRM data, audience segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Experience partnering with Sales or Business Development teams.
- Experience with trade shows, conferences or customer events.
- Strong project management, writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- CRM-based marketing programs
- Marketing analytics and reporting
SharePoint knowledge is a plus.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation or another B2B industry is preferred.
