What You’ll Accomplish
- Respond to company-generated leads and conduct in-home plumbing consultations.
- Build trust with homeowners through education, communication, and solution-based selling.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing solutions.
- Create accurate estimates and present service and product options.
- Explain available financing options and assist customers through the financing process when applicable.
- Confirm payment details and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Coordinate with Install Coordinators, Technicians, and Dispatch to ensure a smooth job flow.
- Visit job sites as needed to confirm installation feasibility and scope of work.
- Maintain accurate and organized sales records using CRM and ServiceTitan.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance metrics.
- Attend ongoing product and sales training to continually improve performance.
- Ensure sales comply with applicable plumbing codes and permitting requirements.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial consultation through job completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Residential sales experience, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other home services.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to assess customer needs and confidently present solutions.
- Familiarity with estimates, financing options, and CRM or estimating software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
