SUMMARY
Q2 is seeking an experienced Product Manager for our Centrix DTS product. You will develop and manage roadmaps, drive strategic planning, and deliver solutions that meet the needs of consumer and small business users. You will act as an expert on customer needs and manage solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative, and rapidly changing environment.
This role is specifically to manage the integration strategy between Centrix DTS and core providers, card processors, and other ancillary integrations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Q2 product related solutions.
- Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for new products and enhancements.
- Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to prioritize initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, financial results, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to successfully deliver product initiatives.
- Represent the product with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert on commercial payments and digital banking.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrable experience in software product management
- Strong team leadership, including building, growing, motivating, and mentoring high-performance teams
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Excel and data analysis proficiency
- Self-starter with ability to deliver results independently
- Experience with Pendo or other user analytics applications is a plus
