Safety & Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with OSHA regulations, EPA requirements, local building codes, Intel safety standards, and cleanroom protocols. Manage contractor safety programs including lockout/tagout procedures, confined space entry, hot work permits, and hazardous materials handling.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Negotiate contracts, evaluate contractor qualifications, oversee performance, and manage relationships with construction firms, engineering consultants, equipment vendors, and specialty trade contractors.
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project or similar tools. Coordinate work during production downtimes, manage critical path activities, and ensure timely project completion to support Intel's manufacturing roadmap.
