Financial Analyst Commercial Finance Co-op

Job Summary
The Financial Analyst Commercial Co-op student reports to the Costing and Pricing Team Leader. This role supports the Costing and Pricing team with daily activities and project work related to revenue and cost of goods sold (COGS).
Key Responsibilities
- Support Commercial Finance team members in evaluating customer revenue
- Assist with the analysis of commodity and other cost changes
- Support the evaluation of new product launches
- Assist in compiling data to develop various cost models
- Create flow charts and guides to document processes and procedures
- Meet tight deadlines as required
- Adapt to changing priorities and support additional tasks as assigned
Key Qualifications
- Currently pursuing post-secondary studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment
