$35.35 - $54.79 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Ultrasound Technologist- PRN
Position Highlights:
Position: Ultrasound Technologist
Sign on bonus: $1,000
Location: Glenbrook Hospital
Full Time/Part Time: Per diem
Hours: as needed
Per Diem Commitment Level: Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hrs. or Per Diem Level 2: 73-110 hrs. or Per Diem Level 3: 111-144 hrs./ per 6-week schedule
Required Travel: Local
What you will do:
Perform ultrasound exam
Prepare patients for exam: obtains and records history, explains procedure, positions patients and ensures their comfort
Interprets ultrasound
Cleans and maintains equipment
Schedules patients if necessary
What you will need:
License: ARDMS
Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
Certification: CPR-BLS required. Completion of formal ultrasound program approved by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers required. Registry eligible required; prefer Registered Ultra sonographer
