What You’ll Do
- Assist veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures
- Safely and compassionately handle and restrain patients
- Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas for patient care
- Assist with collecting and preparing laboratory samples as directed
- Support the team with medications, treatments, and patient care under appropriate supervision
- Monitor patients and communicate changes or concerns to the medical team
- Maintain accurate patient information and medical records
- Clean, disinfect, stock, and organize exam and treatment areas
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient hospital environment
- Communicate compassionately and professionally with clients and teammates
- Jump in where needed to keep the hospital running smoothly
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine passion for animals and veterinary medicine
- Previous veterinary or animal-care experience is welcome, but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced teammates
