The FP&A Manager will Partner closely with our Sales and business teams and turn financial data into actionable commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Partner closely with our Sales and business teams and turn financial data into actionable commercial decisions.
• Lead FP&A, forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Partner with Sales & business leaders to understand pipeline, conversion, revenue and growth opportunities.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support fast-paced business decisions.
• Analyse sales pipeline, revenue, margins and business trends.
• Build financial models, dashboards and management reporting.
• Identify risks, opportunities and actions to improve growth and profitability.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

4–𝟴 years in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Business Finance with Strong understanding of Sales / commercial pipeline and performance.

 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel / Power BI capabilities.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and high-volume ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence.
