Job Summary:
Provides oversight and strategic leadership across marketing initiatives and complex, high-priority campaigns spanning multiple channels. Leads cross-functional collaboration to develop and refine detailed work plans and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and continuous process improvement. Serves as a subject matter expert in project management, mentoring other team members, driving PMO structure and best practices, and managing relationships with internal partners, external vendors, and leadership stakeholders.
Major Job Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Partners with internal teams to conceptualize, plan and define scopes of large-scale Enterprise campaigns, initiatives, digital projects, copy and image requests, branding, and handles internal process for web and e-mail needs. Determines the resources required to complete each project. Collaborates with creative team managers to secure the appropriate teams for successful execution of the campaigns.
- Creates detailed work plans and timelines that appropriately sequence the design, copy and Marketing needs to complete projects within the project management tool. Communicates and documents work plans with appropriate managers and ensures that all teams assigned to the project receive an appropriate orientation to the project.
- Routes project through creative process and proofing schedule. Monitors project status and communicates daily with project teams, internal partners external vendors and upper management on the status and details of all projects.
- Ensures that artwork complies with required published specifications based on platform being used.
- Manages timelines to ensure schedules are met on all projects managed.
- Assumes ownership of and leads TV project management, overseeing end-to-end workflow, vendor coordination, and delivery for broadcast and video advertising initiatives.
- Manages large-level marketing campaigns with full accountability for coordination, execution, and results, operating with a high degree of independence and serving as the senior point of contact for these high-priority initiatives.
- Collaborates in the strategy, development, refinement, and implementation of Agile and Scrum PMO structure and process improvements, contributing expertise and perspective to shape how the team operates at scale.
- Serves as a resource and informal mentor to other project managers and coordinators, sharing best practices, supporting onboarding, and helping elevate team capabilities across the PMO.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 4- year college degree or equivalent
- Five or more years of project management experience required, with demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-level campaigns in a creative or marketing environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities and thrives under pressure.
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented. Excellent proofreading abilities.
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to lead process improvement and structural initiatives
- Ability to mentor and guide other team members
- Experience with management of digital assets (Web, Email, Display Ads, Paid Search), Social (Paid and Organic), OOH, Radio, Public Relations and TV or broadcast project workflows
