Essential Duties and Responsibilities
H2C is performing a Nuclear Leadership Academy designed to Build leaders who model nuclear professionalism, strengthen safety culture, foster collaboration, and drive high-reliability performance utilizing H2C’s Values & Behaviors. This role will help provide the H2C leadership team with support as keynote speakers for H2C’s Nuclear Leadership Academy.
The main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide executive keynote speakers to leadership development
- Develop leadership skills in participants
- Promote nuclear professionalism
- Enhance safety culture within the organization
- Encourage collaboration and high-reliability performance
- Mentoring of other leadership professionals
Education and Licensure
Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Additional experience can be considered in lieu of education.

- Due to federal contract security requirements, candidates must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance if required.
