THE JOB:

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

THE STARTING RATE:  $23.00 / Per Hour + Commissions

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise the daily operations of the Concierge team, including staffing, human resources responsibilities, and guest service interactions to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ensure knowledge of and enforce department and hotel standards to achieve business and property goals
• Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction
• Keep the Director or Manager informed of all pertinent department information, report irregularities and issues as they occur, and document situations appropriately
• Perform administrative tasks, including preparing and distributing reports and assisting guests directly when business volumes require

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in Hotel Concierge Services
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a luxury resort environment preferred
• Participation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d’Or USA preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
