Warehouse Customer Support Associate Responsibilities Include:
- Performs all warehouse duties (shipping & receiving, loading, unloading, inventory, etc.)
- Obtains sales order from customer via phone and/or email
- Provides knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability via phone and/or email correspondence
- Works with internal departments to resolve customers’ issues (warranties, back-orders, etc.)
- Generates pick tickets for orders to the warehouse
Successful Warehouse Customer Support Candidates Will Have:
- 2 years’ experience as team lead or manager experience
- Automotive parts or heavy-duty truck parts knowledge, preferred
- Professional communication style (both written and verbal)
- Customer service focus
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Forklift experience

- Will be required to lift, pick, pull, and stock heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 50+ lbs with lift assist devices
- Will be required to stand for long periods of time on a variety of surfaces and will be required to operate a forklift
- Will frequently be required to: walking, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing and climbing
- Will frequently use a computer in the course of completing daily activities

- The associate will be regularly exposed typical inside and outside environmental conditions, including, but not limited to dirt, dust, vibration, minimal chemical hazards, noise and temperature variances
