We're looking for a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate TA team and own full-cycle recruiting for Lendbuzz's growing sales organization. You'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and partner directly with regional sales hiring managers across the country.
This is a role for someone who takes real ownership. You won't just be filling reqs - you'll be a true partner to the hiring team, helping shape how we attract, engage, and hire top sales talent at scale. If you're proactive, people-driven, and energized by fast-moving environments, we'd love to meet you.
This is a remote role, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone (EST)
