With a strong focus on seasonality, provenance and thoughtful cookery, they are now seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join their accomplished kitchen team and contribute to a menu driven by quality ingredients and genuine creativity.
Due to the rural location, access to your own reliable transport is highly beneficial.

- £29,350 per annum plus circa £7,800 service charge

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Creating a variety of delicious dishes using seasonal ingredients grown on the grounds of the hotel
- Collaborating with a team of industry-leading chefs who are eager to share their expertise
- Communicating effectively with the team to ensure a 5-star service
- Continuously striving for improvement in your skillset
- Embracing the hotel's excellent training opportunities
