Business Development Manager / Sales Representative (Field-Based)

We are a growing recruitment agency specializing in connecting companies with top talent across various industries, with a strong focus on logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain sectors.

We are looking for an experienced, field-based sales professional with an established network in the logistics industry who can help us expand our client portfolio and drive business growth.

## Tasks

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients requiring recruitment and staffing services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including HR Managers, Operations Managers, Logistics Directors, and business owners.
• Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and market research.
• Understand client hiring needs and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
• Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the logistics and related sectors.
• Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.

## Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, supply chain, or a related industry.
• Proven sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Strong existing network of contacts within the logistics sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
