Job Summary:**

The QC Leader at Jabil Vietnam Company Limited will oversee quality control processes, ensuring continuous improvement and effective problem-solving within manufacturing operations, while leading a team of quality professionals.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage the QC team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
* Identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues and non-conformances using root cause analysis techniques.
* Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure quality objectives are met.
* Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.
* Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
* Ensure adherence to all relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance leadership roles.
* Strong understanding and practical application of continuous improvement methodologies (持续改进).
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of effective issue resolution (解决问题).
* Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing teams (领导力).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in relevant quality management tools and software.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field is preferred.
