Project Coordinator – Construction / Engineering

Employment Type: Full Time Employment
Work Set-Up: Onsite onboarding for 2–4 weeks, followed by a transition to a work-from-home setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S Pacific Time Zone)
Salary Package: 50,000 PHP to 85,000 PHP/Monthly

About the Client:

The client is specializes in the design, fabrication, and construction of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) and structural steel projects across North America.

Job Description:
The Project Coordination Lead will support multiple structural steel and PEMB projects by coordinating documentation, procurement tracking, scheduling support, fabrication reporting, communication workflows, and project controls.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting construction, engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial operations environments and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

This role will work directly with Project Managers, vendors, fabricators, and internal stakeholders during North American business hours.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination
  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination activities
  • Maintain and track RFIs, submittals, change logs, and action item lists
  • Coordinate drawing revisions and document distribution
  • Assist with procurement and material tracking
  • Monitor fabrication and shipping status updates
  • Support project scheduling and milestone tracking
  • Coordinate project reporting and meeting follow-ups
  • Assist with QA/QC documentation and project closeout packages

• Communication & Operations Support
  • Participate in project coordination meetings
  • Follow up with vendors, suppliers, fabricators, and subcontractors
  • Escalate overdue items or project risks proactively
  • Help ensure accountability across active projects
  • Maintain organized and accurate project documentation
  • Support internal workflow standardization and process improvement initiatives

• Systems & Reporting
  • Update project trackers and dashboards
  • Maintain accurate project data within company systems
  • Assist with reporting, forecasting, and coordination analytics
  • Help improve coordination workflows and operational processes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, construction operations, manufacturing operations, engineering support, or related industries
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Ability to work during North American business hours

Preferred:

• Experience supporting structural steel, PEMB, construction, industrial, or fabrication projects
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, procurement tracking, fabrication coordination, and construction documentation
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar platforms
• Experience supporting remote project management teams
• Exposure to scheduling, logistics, or vendor coordination
