Our client is seeking a qualified Accountant to join a high-performing team supporting a global client base with internationally registered entities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to complex, cross-border structures while working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and regulatory filings, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit Fund Annual Returns (FARs) for Cayman Islands-registered private funds
- Maintain accounting records for holding companies, supporting Economic Substance reporting
- Liaise directly with clients to obtain required data and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Review work prepared by junior team members, providing guidance and support
- Assist with technical queries and collaborate with auditors, legal teams, and other stakeholders
- Support billing processes through accurate data collection and verification
- Contribute to process improvements, system implementation, and documentation of procedures
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Support wider team projects and ad hoc business initiatives
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Experience in statutory reporting and/or audit, ideally with exposure to funds or structured finance
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency across MS Office
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset
