How You Will Make a Difference
- • Perform focused assessments; report changes promptly to the RN/Provider.
- • Administer medications (including long‑acting injectables); perform wound care and routine treatments.
- • Support crisis intervention with therapeutic communication, grounding techniques, and milieu management.
- • Assist with admissions, belongings searches, vitals, labs, and discharge readiness.
- • Maintain accurate EMR documentation and reinforce patient/family education.
- • Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
- • Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
What We’re Looking For
- • Current LPN license; psychiatric experience preferred.
- • BLS certification; CPI/PMAB or equivalent de‑escalation training (or obtained after hire).
- • Team‑first mindset and reliability across 12‑hour shifts.
