Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing and Go-To-Market strategies for assigned products
- Develop annual marketing plans and manage A&P budgets
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Drive digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives
- Work closely with sales teams, including field support activities
- Plan and execute trade marketing programs with key retail partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, and regulatory) to ensure smooth execution
- Guide and mentor Product Executives
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science.
- At least 3 years of Product Management experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
