Overview

As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and online sales across D2C websites and ecommerce platforms. You will work across Meta, Google, and onsite display/media networks, managing budgets and performance in real-time to achieve business KPIs such as traffic, add-to-cart (A2C), and purchase.

 

This role requires agility, attention to detail, and a performance mindset - perfect for someone who thrives in ecommerce environments with fast turnarounds and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop Ecommerce media plans that align with client objectives such as traffic, add-to-cart (A2C), and purchase
• Stay up-to-date with new platform features, trends, and best practices in performance media and ecommerce
• Implement and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and onsite ecommerce ad placements (Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads...)
• Manage budget pacing and ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking, and targeting
• Collaborate with e-retail partners to ensure campaign alignment and seamless execution
• Forecast sales trends based on campaign signals and proactively optimize performance to meet KPIs, especially during short burst or high-pressure sale periods/d-days
• Deliver campaign reports on a daily, monthly, and post-campaign basis with actionable insights
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and propose improvement strategies

Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience running paid media campaigns, ideally in ecommerce or D2C
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads; experience with onsite ads is a plus
• Solid understanding of ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, A2C, ROAS)
• Skilled in analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, or similar
• Agile, data-driven, and comfortable working under tight timelines
• Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage
