What you will do in this role 

As a Content Moderator, you will:

• You will provide a content regulation service for one of the largest technological platforms in the World;

• You will ensure that the platform's store content are accurately reviewed and actioned to ensure the platforms’ policies;

• Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review;

• You will ensure training, standards and policies are provided.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Have an advanced level of Danish (written and oral) (C1)

• English level (intermediate)

• Prior Customer Service Experience - is mandatory (minimum 6 months);

• High curiosity about the cryptocurrency market;

• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally;

• Skilled in multi-tasking & working under pressure;

• Fast learner, diligent worker.
