We are seeking applications for the position of Structure Engieer for MML 10 & 12
Missions/Main Duties
Review & supplement the detailed project report/concept report and all design reports as available.
Assistance in preparation of preliminary design and tender for elevated portions/stations and service buildings
Review & proof checking of the detailed design and construction design
Develop structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Perform structural analysis using software tools and manual calculations to ensure designs meet safety and performance requirements.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, DC and other stakeholders to integrate structural requirements into overall project designs.
Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to identify structural requirements and constraints.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing structures, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for remediation or reinforcement.
Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and documentation to communicate design concepts, analysis results, and recommendations.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, estimates, and budgets by providing technical expertise and input.
Stay with advancements in structural engineering technology, materials, and methods to ensure designs are innovative, efficient, and cost-effective.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns to support their professional development and growth. Any other responsibilities that will be assigned by the Project Director/ Dy. Project Director or his authorized representative
Profile/Skills
Graduate with minimum 12 year of experience
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
