What do you bring to the table?

We are looking for someone who:

• Education and Experience: holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering, with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the Utilities sector.
• Proven Track Record: demonstrates a track record of delivering exceptional performance and driving results transformation projects within the Utilities industry.
• Leadership Skills: possesses strong leadership abilities to effectively lead and motivate a team of consultants.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: exhibits excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and establish credibility with clients.
• Strategic Thinking: shows the ability to analyse complex problems, develop actionable insights, and implement practical solutions, with a strategic mindset.
• Results-Oriented Mindset: displays a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives and meet financial targets.
• Industry Knowledge: has extensive knowledge of industry-specific regulations, trends, and best practices in the utilities sector.
• Language Proficiency: is fluent in either French or Dutch as a native language, with an extended knowledge of the other language, along with strong proficiency in English.
