You will be responsible for prepping and painting interior and exterior surfaces, without direct supervision, for a clientele expecting excellence with a smile!

YOUR TYPICAL DAY:

As a Painter at Smith and Company Painting, Inc., your mornings kick off with the promise of exciting challenges. You're the maestro orchestrating a symphony of colors, from scraping and caulking to masking with precision. Whether you're brushing strokes in a cozy home or adding flair to a bustling business, you're meticulous about your craft. And yes, heights are conquered effortlessly as you climb a 40-foot ladder, turning ordinary spaces into extraordinary works of art.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• A valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Reliable transportation for your journey to creativity
• The ability to climb ladders fearlessly

ABSOLUTE MUSTS: You are happy, respectful, kind, and willing to work hard!

We welcome experienced and entry-level painters, with past experience as a bonus. But most importantly, we want you to bring your teamwork spirit, attention to detail, and professional demeanor to represent our company.

 

WORK SCHEDULE:

Your creative haven awaits in McMinnville, OR. Dive into a full-time role with a typical Monday - Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Embrace occasional weekend shifts and longer summer hours, adding extra strokes to your canvas.
