About the role 

We are looking for a passionate Communications Operator who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment.  This position reports to our Communications Manager. 

What you will do 

Answers and directs phone calls, pages, radio requests and faxes in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. 

What you bring 

• High School education or equivalent experience. 

• Previous experience in Hotel/Resort highly preferred. 

• Ability to read, write and speak English. Computer Literacy

Schedule & Hours: 

•  Full Time 

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
