Your Impact (Key Responsibilities):

• The Environment Specialist: Evaluate and recommend home modifications and adaptive equipment that turn a "house" back into a "home."

• ADL Mastery: Use tools like the Katz and Lawton scales to create evidence-based blueprints for daily living.

• Caregiver Empowerment: Train families on task breakdown and safety strategies, ensuring your impact lasts long after you leave the visit.

• Clinical Leadership: Supervise OTAs and work alongside PTs and RNs to ensure a seamless "Breakthrough" experience for every client.

What You Bring:

• The License: Valid Missouri Occupational Therapy license.

• The Education: BS degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.

• The Expertise: Proven experience with ADL/IADL evaluation tools and a deep understanding of OT principles.

• The Tech: Proficiency with modern EMR systems and creative media for treatment planning.

• The Heart: A patient-centered approach and the ability to connect with diverse personalities.
