Opportunities are currently available for individual brokers, teams our entire companies to join Bull Realty. Service lines available include investment sales, project leasing, tenant representation, capital markets and property management. Specialty sectors include office, industrial, retail, multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, land, student housing, senior housing, manufacturing housing, self-storage, restaurants, and single tenant net lease properties.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate salesperson or broker license
- Minimum two years of relevant industry or sales experience
- Ability to bring new business through proactive business generation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Emotional intelligence and resilience
- Understanding of financial analysis, terms and principles
- Sales and negotiation training and/or experience
