As part of the Operations Division, you will lead a high-performing team within our Talent Sourcing department.
Your mission is to drive the activity of a team of Project Partners dedicated to sourcing and staffing freelance experts via our proprietary platform. You will ensure your team rapidly identifies the right talent to solve our clients' business challenges.
As a Hands-on Team Lead, you will drive KPIs and talent acquisition quality while actively participating in complex sourcing missions yourself.
