Overview
Operations Staff Members will perform a multitude of tasks to setup, run, and breakdown of all events hosted at Ryan Center.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00 to $20.00
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities
- Perform general labor, repairs and maintenance on various aspects of the arena as assigned.
- Primary duties include building conversions for various events.
- Setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, other event seating, stages, basketball court, etc.
- Actively care for all arena equipment and property by storing equipment.properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of anymistreatment of property.
- Maintain organized storage areas.
- Perform Snow removal tasks such as shovel sidewalks, parking areas, entrance ways, loading dock.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Perform general labor as assigned.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Ability to work days, overnights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced,high- pressure environment
- General conversion knowledge and experience of using cleaning products and equipment a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
- Ability to climb stairs and lift 40 lbs. unaided
