What You'll Do:
- Install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment at customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and sales offices.
- Utilize hand tools and advanced test equipment, such as multimeters, to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address maintenance and operational challenges.
- Provide hands-on training to customers, ensuring they maximize the efficiency of their machinery.
- Offer in-house phone troubleshooting support and assist customers with technical inquiries.
- Tackle unique challenges with creative, problem-solving solutions on the fly.
- Travel extensively across the nation, working in diverse environments and building lasting relationships with clients.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and professional service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel for efficient documentation and communication.

- Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time (typically one-week trips, occasionally up to two weeks).
