Description
Primary Objective:
- Principally responsible for building and managing Direct Sales team to acquire new mortgage loans and to achieve the assigned business financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Mortgage Financial Target
- Managing & monitoring Mortgage Direct Sales team to drive productivity & to deliver assigned financial targets.
Business Strategy
- To achieve sales productivity of RM1.2m per sales staff per month.
- Increase referral contributio
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales and management.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication & motivational skills.
- Intimate interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good knowledge in retail products & services.
