Job Purpose:
- Lead and manage the strategic growth and operational excellence of the Bank’s distribution channels which include multi-asset and multi-client distribution platforms.
- Drive profitability through effective product distribution, client engagement, and alignment with the Bank’s overall business objectives.
Job Requirements:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute distribution strategies to achieve annual KPIs and long-term growth targets.
- Align distribution initiatives with the Bank’s strategic priorities, including multi-asset and multi client distribution, and client wallet optimization.
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Expand and deepen relationships with retail, CHNW and Digital clients to maximize wallet share.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities across equity, fixed income, derivatives, and other multi-asset products.
- Represent the Bank in industry forums, seminars, and client education initiatives.
Channel Management
- Oversee performance of commissioned representatives, brokers, sales - people and respective marketing teams.
- Ensure effective distribution of products and services through multiple sales channels, including digital platforms.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
- Implement robust controls and reporting mechanisms for distribution activities.
People Leadership
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing distribution team.
- Foster collaboration across departments to deliver integrated client solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in investment banking or asset management, with at least 5 years in a senior distribution role
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and distribution dynamics.
- Proven leadership in managing large teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
