Lead Retail Admin Specialist
Department: Retail
Status: Full Time, Hourly
Job Overview: Lead Retail Admin Specialist will work under the supervision of the buyer. Placing, tracking purchase orders, monitoring inventory, and providing administrative support. Working with team to communicate planning implementation. Maintaining a positive relationship with vendors and sales representatives. Liaison between vendors, retail team, and accounting. Communicating policies and procedures to staff of retail SOP's. Has strong communication, analytical and organizational skills. Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Completes all Monday reporting. 999 reports, Square and ensures sales are flowing from Galaxy to Counterpoint
- Manage inventory by entering cycle count adjustments when needed – OHP and DWC
- Handle all issues with discrepancies pertaining to shipments received.
- Handle all RTV's as necessary.
- Handles all invoicing at DWC – Inputs check requests in Workplace for Vendor payment. For OHP will be the liaison between accounting and vendors to ensure accurate information is provided for prompt payment.
- Inputs new and maintains backorder follow up of all PO's and sets up all items, including setting retails.
- Maintains system integrity of current skus
- Handles all correspondence with Vendors and Reps, except for Beverage vendors.
- Manage price changes and discontinued items. Manage logs to provide to Merchandising Team for execution.
- Weekly re-orders on high turnover items, specified by buyer.
- Nutman, Pippin, White Oak, Jack Links, Taffy Shop, ect.
- Handles all new orders that require a P-Card, working with Trisha.
- On going analysis to insure proper profit margins
- Runs monthly reports for Buyer to review stock levels and reorder.
- Runs Month-end reporting.
- Physical Inventory
- Work with WIS and Retail Manager to set up inventory dates.
- Clean files before inventory
- Supply WIS with files.
- Organize day of event
- Works each event.
- Reconciles to resolve inventory.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Ability, and Education:
