Join Our Team at Eaton: Empowering Tomorrow, Today!

Dubai serves as a strategic hub for Eaton’s Middle East operations, bringing together commercial, engineering, manufacturing, and support teams within a globally connected business environment. Building on more than 40 years in the region, Eaton recently announced the development of a new sustainable campus in Dubai, reinforcing our long‑term investment in growth, collaboration, and capability building.

Eaton's Global Data Center Segment is focused on helping data centers realize real business benefits today while optimizing their operations for the future. With the rise of big data, edge computing and cloud, data centers are under pressure to be more high-performing, sustainable and cost-effective than ever, without compromising resilience or security. At the same time, new opportunities and revenue streams require faster speed-to-market. With our digital intelligence, world-class cyber-secure products and services, reliable, compatible solutions and engineering expertise, we help data centers realize real business benefits today while optimizing their operations for the future.

The Data Center Electrical Systems Engineer is a strategic engineering role within Eaton’s Global Data Centre organisation, responsible for evaluating emerging technologies, developing future infrastructure and supporting the evolution of next-generation mission critical systems.

Working alongside Global Solutions Architects, Engineering and Product Management, the role applies engineering expertise, technology foresight to assess future trends, validate new concepts and influence Eaton’s long-term technical direction.

The role is primarily focused on future capability development rather than design delivery, while maintaining a strong engineering foundation through technical evaluation, validation and engineering studies.
