We are looking for an experienced CAD Modeler with strong, hands-on proficiency in Onshape to support the design and manufacturing of modular homes. The role involves converting architectural designs created in Revit into detailed, manufacturing-ready 3D models for factory production using automated machinery and robotics.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert architectural Revit designs into detailed Onshape models ready for manufacturing.
• Develop accurate models incorporating structural framing, studs, electrical systems, plumbing, cabinetry, and other building components.
  
• Ensure models are detailed, accurate, and suitable for automated factory production.
  
• Collaborate with the internal team to address design requirements and resolve modeling issues.
  

Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience with Onshape.
• Experience creating detailed 3D CAD models for manufacturing or production.
  
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into precise, production-ready models.
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Good English communication skills.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in residential construction, modular housing, or prefabricated building systems.
  
• Familiarity with architectural designs created in Revit.
  
• Knowledge of structural framing, electrical, plumbing, and cabinetry systems.
