JOB SUMMARY:
The Account Executive will work in concert with the Sales Representative to achieve a successful sg360° client experience. They are responsible for providing excellent internal and external client services, accurate/timely project specifications and delivery, along with solid, effective communication throughout the organization.
Essential Job Functions:
- Review order management updates as they are received by communicating changes in job status affecting a project prior to production to the appropriate teams. This would include, but not limited to initiating additional RFEs, schedules, production method
- Initiate customer contract requests, assist with the implementation once awarded and maintain the adherence to negotiated contract (i.e., data destruction, sample distribution per NDA)
- Participate in and/or facilitate internal preproduction meetings to specifically communicate client requirements, concerns, workflow, or preferences to the assigned PM, CSR. This is especially critical for new clients or when a change in staff has occurred
- Able to respond to production facility inquiries on behalf of client/Sales Representative
- As projects dictate support/attend customer facing sales activities inclusive of client facility visits with the ability to travel as needed
- Initiate post-production meetings as necessary
- Participate in the pipeline/budget process with Sales Representative
- Focus on establishing strong relationships with clients
- Communicate directly with the client to receive and interpret specifications for RFE/RFP submission, coordinate requests for structural design dummies/templates, and project schedules per facility
- Enter/update opportunities is Salesforce
- Confirm that customer specifications align with our proposal and submit pricing package to the client
- Consolidate order entry information to submit along with supporting documents (Estimate, PO, Quote) and enter
- Coordinate with our internal teams and strategic partners as necessary to ensure customer deadlines are achieved
- Understand the process flow for each facility to promote consistent project execution from concept through billing including cross platform projects
- Work with Marketing Services to ensure costs are captured
- Maintain client job grids for internal distribution when necessary
- Work with Sales Representative to maintain client/account information in Technique, Salesforce
- Other duties/projects as assigned
Invoice Review and Approval:
- Review invoices for accuracy
- Approves and structures the invoice as required by the customer. Target is 48-72 hours after the last drop/delivery
- Resolve discrepancies by working with the client/Sales Representative
Requirements
Requirements:
- Integral knowledge of the Direct Mail manufacturing process – Digital, Sheetfed and Web/Inline, Lettershop Services
- Demonstrate the ability to successfully complete a variety of tasks and/or responsibilities by effectively determining priorities and by finding ways to complete more efficiently
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of SG360, external clients and prepare professional correspondence (emails, letters, reports)
- Must have strong computer skills
- Possess basic, current knowledge of USPS postal requirements
Education/Experience:
- College Degree – graphics arts, business administration preferred
- Experience - Five years plus in graphic arts – customer service, sales service
Travel:
Minimal local travel may be required for meetings, trainings, and/or other business purposes
